وزارة التجارة السعودية هي الوزارة المسؤولة عن تنظيم التجارة والصناعة بالمملكة العربية السعودية تأسست عام 1373 وتهدف الوزارة لتنمية التجارة الداخلية والخارجية غير النفطية، وتوجيهها وفق احتياجات الاقتصاد الوطني، وتعزيز العلاقات التجارية والاقتصادية مع دول العالم. - زيادة فاعلية دور القطاع الخاص، وتشجيعه على رفع الكفاءة الاقتصادية لمنشآته، وتوسيع مجالات أنشطته التجارية بالأسواق المحلية والعالمية. - تنمية العمالة الوطنية في الأنشطة التجارية، وتأهيلها وإحلالها محل العمالة غير السعودية. - تحسين كفاءة أداء قطاع التجارة، فيما يتعلق بتوفير احتياجات الأسواق المحلية من السلع والخدمات، وفقاً للمواصفات السعوديّة والدوليّة، وحصول المستهلك بالكمية المناسبة والسعر المناسب. - دعم الإجراءات التي تساعد على تنمية الصادرات غير النفطية، وزيادة إسهامها في إجمالي الصادرات. - تنمية قطاع خدمات الأعمال وتنظيمه، وتنمية النشاطات التمويلية بالتعاون مع الجهات المعنية. - رفع تنافسية الصناعة السعودية وزيادة مساهمة القطاع الصناعي في النمو الاقتصادي الوطني بزيادة مشاركة العمالة المدربة والماهرة السعودية في النشاط الصناعي وبتطوير المحتوى الصناعي السعودي ، و بتعزيز مبادرات الابتكار و الريادة والجودة العالية في الصناعة. - رفع كفاءة الخدمات الحكومية الهادفة إلى تنمية الصناعة السعودية وتنويعها وتطويرها، وربط الصناعات السعودية بحلقات القيمة العالمية، بتشجيع فرص المشاريع المشتركة في الاستثمار الصناعي، و بتعزيز المبادرات الوطنية والعالمية لزيادة التعاقدات الصناعية والقيمة المضافة في الصناعة، وبتنمية القدرات في المنشآت الصناعية الصغيرة والمتوسطة السعودية.زيادة الصادرات السعودية الغير بترولية بنسبة نمو سنوي تتجاوز ١٠٪

Issuance of a commercial register (establishment)

This service enables the investor to start practicing the commercial activity, and issue a new commercial register for the establishment.

Commercial register extract

This service enables the investor to obtain a copy of all commercial registry data for institutions or companies.

Establishing a limited liability company (Saudi or Gulf)

This service enables the investor to start practicing the commercial activity and establish a limited liability company, established by one or more persons of natural or legal status, and its liability is independent of the financial liability of each partner or owner thereof, and the company alone is responsible for the debts and obligations incurred by it or arising from its activity, and its owner or partner therein is not responsible for these debts and obligations except to the extent of his share in the capital.

Establishing a joint stock company (Saudi or Gulf)

This service enables the investor to start practicing the commercial activity and establish a joint-stock company, established by one or more persons of natural or legal status, and its capital is divided into tradable shares, and the company alone is responsible for the debts and obligations incurred by it or arising from its activity, and the shareholder’s responsibility is limited to paying the value of the shares he subscribed to.

Establishing a simplified joint stock company (Saudi or Gulf)

This service enables the investor to start practicing the commercial activity and establish a simplified joint-stock company, established by one or more persons of natural or legal status, and its capital is divided into tradable shares and the provisions of joint-stock companies apply to it unless there is a special text in it.

Establishing a joint-stock company (Saudi or Gulf)

This service enables the investor to start practicing commercial activity and establish a joint-stock company, which is established by two or more natural or legal persons who are personally responsible for all their funds and jointly responsible for the company’s debts and obligations, and the partner acquires the status of a merchant.

Establishing a company under an investment license

This service enables the investor to submit a request for a contract of incorporation for foreign companies under an investment license from the Ministry of Investment. Conditions and requirements: Having a valid investment license,

Establishing a simple limited partnership (Saudi or Gulf)

This service enables the investor to start practicing the commercial activity and establish a simple limited partnership consisting of two teams of partners, one team that includes at least one (general partner) who is responsible with all his money for the company’s debts and obligations, and another team that includes at least one (restricted partner) who is only responsible within the limits of his share in the company’s capital, and the limited partner does not acquire the status of a merchant.

Amendment of articles of association/statute

This service enables the investor to amend the company’s articles of association by changing any article of the contract.

Reserve merchant name

This service enables the investor to reserve a trade name within a maximum period of (60) days until the commercial register is issued.

Converting the commercial register type from main to branch and vice versa

This service enables the conversion of the commercial register from main to branch or vice versa.

Commercial Agency Registration Request

This service enables the agent or distributor to practice commercial agency activity on behalf of Saudi companies or institutions or foreign companies contracted with in the Kingdom under a commercial agency contract between the two parties.

Issuance of a consulting profession license

This service enables the client to obtain a license to practice the profession of freelance consulting in several fields according to the classification of the license category (practitioner - specialist - expert) based on the academic qualification and practical experience of the applicant.

Renewal of a consulting profession license

This service enables the client to renew the professional license to continue practicing the profession of freelance consulting.

Travel and Tourism Services License

Travel and Tourism Services License

This service enables the investor to provide tourism and travel services, including: selling travel tickets inside or outside the Kingdom via means of transportation on behalf of transportation companies and selling related services, arranging accommodation services in the tourist hospitality facility, insurance services for the tourist, issuing international driving licenses and the like, issuing visa services for travel outside the Kingdom, in addition to marketing the tourism program.
