Issuance of a commercial register (establishment)

This service enables the investor to start practicing the commercial activity, and issue a new commercial register for the establishment.

Terms and requirements:

1- Age must not be less than 18 years

2- Not to be a government employee

3- The capital should not be less than 5000 riyals.

4- If the issue is for a sub-register, the main registry must be in existence.
