تُعلن شركة رؤية تهامة للتوظيف عن توفر فرص عمل بمنصب مندوب توصيل للعمل لدى شركائنا في المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن بيئة عمل محفزة وحوافز مجزية.
تفاصيل الراتب:
- الراتب الثابت: 1,000 ريال شهريً
- الراتب عند تحقيق 20 طلب يوميًا: 3300ريال شهريًا
Requirements
Requirements:
- Age between 21 and 38 years
- Professional driving proficiency
- Full compliance with work regulations and rules
- Pay only the visa fee and the recruitment company commission.
- Providing a written guarantee stating that in the event of tampering, neglect, or absconding from work, the worker will bear all costs incurred by the company (accommodation, housing, insurance, etc.)

المكافآت والحوافز:
نسب إضافية:
يحصل المندوب على نسبة إضافية من قيمة كل طلب عند تجاوز الحد اليومي المطلوب، وتُحسب وفق جدول الحوافز الداخلي للشركة.

مكافآت الأداء الشهري:
تُمنح مكافآت شهرية عند تحقيق أهداف الأداء (عدد الطلبات، الانضباط، رضا العملاء)، وقد تصل إلى 500 ريال إضافية شهريًا.
مكافأة سنوية:
عند إكمال سنة عمل كاملة دون مخالفات أو غيابات غير مبررة، يحصل الموظف على مكافأة سنوية تعادل نصف راتب شهر.
مكافأة الالتزام بالدوام:
يتم تقديم مكافأة خاصة لمن يحافظ على نسبة حضور وانضباط عالية طوال الشهر.
فرص الترقية:
الموظفون المميزون يتم ترشيحهم لمناصب إشرافية أو تدريبية مع زيادة في الراتب والمسؤوليات.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Receive orders from stores and restaurants and deliver them to customers accurately and on time.
- Adhere to approved delivery routes and update order status in the dedicated app.
- Maintaining the safety of orders during delivery and presenting them in a proper manner.
- Dealing with customers in a courteous and professional manner to ensure their complete satisfaction.
- Commitment to the company's and its partners' regulations and instructions.
- Immediately report any problems encountered during work (accidents, malfunctions, delays, etc.).
- Keep the vehicle or bike used clean and ready.
- Commitment to wearing the official uniform and identification during working hours.
