If more than one year has passed since the registration expired, you must apply for the professional registration renewal service, attaching proof that you have not entered a hiatus period.

If the experience is from within the Kingdom, you can apply for the (professional registration) service.
If the experience is from outside the Kingdom, you must apply for the (professional reclassification) service. After issuing a new classification, you can apply for the (professional registration) service.

متطلبات تجديد التسجيل:
1. الهوية: الهوية الوطنية للسعوديين وهوية مقيم لغير السعوديين .
2. تقرير طبي لمن تجاوزت أعمارهم 65 سنة.
3.اكمال ساعات التطوير المهني المستمر
4.خطاب تعريف من جهة العمل صادر خلال الثلاثة أشهر السابقة لتقديم الطلب من شئوون الموظفين او ادارة الموارد البشرية يثبت الممارسة الإكلينيكية في مجال التخصص مع ذكر الدرجة المهنية وتاريخ بدء العمل
5.توثيق شهادات الخبرة والمؤهل الصادر من خارج المملكة العربية السعودية في الدتا فلو 

We apologize, one of the requirements for applying for the professional re-registration service is to complete the required professional development hours. In the event that the required professional development hours are not completed, renewal is granted for a period of one year, and this is available once on the practitioner’s registration date.

Enrolling in a study program does not replace professional practice unless it includes professional training in the same field.

A fine of 300 riyals will be imposed if the registration renewal is delayed for 31 days.
The amount will be doubled if the delay is 91 days.

معالجة الانقطاع لغير السعوديين تتطلب التدريب في ذات التخصص حسب مدة الانقطاع من خارج المملكة وتكون كالآتي:
-الانقطاع من سنتين إلى إربع سنوات يلزم تدريب ثلاثة أشهر. 
-الانقطاع لأكثر من أربع سنوات يلزم تدريب ستة أشهر.
-الانقطاع لأكثر من ست سنوات يلزم تدريب سنة.

Yes, experience is accepted on a voluntary basis if it is in the same specialty and documented by a reference body acceptable to the Authority in a manner that is equivalent to actual professional practice.

Experience acceptable to the registration and classification departments, provided that:
-To meet the training letter requirements if it is training to address a gap.
- Attach a letter of introduction (for pharmacists) as a pharmacist, including the job description in a pharmaceutical company approved by the Food and Drug Administration (human medicines).
-To meet the identification requirements for application.

الممارسة المهنية بشكل تطوعي يتم قبولها في حال استوفت الشروط التالية : 
1- ان تكون في ذات التخصص.
2- ان تكون موثقة من قبل جهة مرجعية مقبولة لدى الهيئة بشكل يوازي الممارسة المهنية الفعلية.
3-لا تقل مدتها عن ثلاثة أشهر.
4- ان تكون الخبرة التطوعية خلال فترة التسجيل ( السنتين ) حتى لا يكون هناك انقطاع في ذات التخصص.

الممارسة المهنية بشكل تطوعي في القطاع الخاص يتم قبولها في حال استوفت الشروط التالية : 
1- ان تكون في ذات التخصص.
2- ان تكون موثقة من قبل جهة مرجعية مقبولة لدى الهيئة بشكل يوازي الممارسة المهنية الفعلية.
3- لا تقل مدتها عن ثلاثة أشهر.
4- ان تكون الخبرة التطوعية خلال فترة التسجيل ( السنتين ) حتى لا يكون هناك انقطاع في ذات التخصص. 
( مع مراعاة ارفاق موافقة الشئون الصحية على هذه الخبرة )

Yes, provided that the following conditions are met:
1- To be in the same specialization.
2- It must be documented by a reference authority acceptable to the Authority in a manner that is equivalent to actual professional practice.
3- Its duration shall not be less than three months.
4- The volunteer experience must be during the registration period (two years) so that there is no interruption in the same specialization.
